Football season is finally here!!! Not only is this the time (Friday-Monday) for my lady-ness to fly out the window, but it's also time for entertaining the rowdy group of football fans, with some yummy snacks and meals! This is when I let my creativity fly! So, drop those boring veggie trays and meat and cheese trays, that folks feel obligated to eat, and get creative!!!! Each week, I'll post a new game day recipe for you all to try! Well, at least I'll try to post every week. Can't make to many promises. This is where I need your help! If you have any awesome game day recipes, Share them with us! You can email
me or, send me a message on my
Facebook page with your recipe, and you will be featured on my blog! After all, sharing is caring, right? ;)
Okay, enough babbling, It's recipe time!!!

This is what you'll need: Potato skins, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan (the following is optional) Red pepper flakes (for a nice kick) parsley, and paprika, and a mixing bowl!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees!
Mix all ingredients together (except the parmesan) |
Put potato skins on a baking sheet, lined with foil, and bake for 10 mins. After the 10 mins are up, add parm, and put them in the oven for 6-10 more mins or until golden brown and crispy.
Final result! Garnish with parm and maybe some green onions, or fresh parsley, and use ranch dressing as a dip! Yummy!
You can do all kinds of things with potato skins! Just use a little creativity, and you will find something that suits you!
Happy Snacking!!
