All I have to say, is that Cornbread is amazing! The end.

Here's what you'll need!
- 1-1/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup of Corn Meal
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cheddar or Mexican mix cheese (Optional)
- 1 cup of corn (Optional)

Mix Dry Ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients slowly, and mix until well blended. After blended, fold in the cheese and corn with spatula.

Grease your cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil and then add corn bread mixture. Put in a preheated at 400 degrees. Bake for 25-30 mins or until the top starts to look golden brown. Check the middle with the toothpick. It should come out clean.
