I LOVE fresh, homemade salsa! It's something that my Step-Mom made, that I thoroughly enjoyed! Not only with chips during a Saints or Falcons game, but also with breakfast burritos! It's wonderful for just about anything!
This salsa is sorta a Pico de Gallo. Just finally processed in the food processor to save time and energy (and tears!)

Here is what you'll need!
- Tomatoes (2-3 large or 7 small)
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Jalapeno
- Cilantro
- 1 lemon
- Sea Salt
- Pepper

Throw everything in the food processor. You can pulse it just a little, stir to get the rest of the veggies the consistency you want it, or just pulverize it!! Afterwards, add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste! |

How easy was that?! Took 5 mins! Put it in the fridge, and let it get nice and cool or enjoy it now! I know I will be enjoying it for breakfast!! :)
