Game Day Snack: Salsa!!!

 I LOVE fresh, homemade salsa! It's something that my Step-Mom made, that I thoroughly enjoyed! Not only with chips during a Saints or Falcons game, but also with breakfast burritos! It's wonderful for just about anything! 

This salsa is sorta a Pico de Gallo. Just finally processed in the food processor to save time and energy (and tears!)

Here is what you'll need!
  • Tomatoes (2-3 large or 7 small)
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Jalapeno 
  • Cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
Throw everything in the food processor. You can pulse it just a little, stir to get the rest of the veggies the consistency you want it, or just pulverize it!!  Afterwards, add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste! 

How easy was that?! Took 5 mins! Put it in the fridge, and let it get nice and cool or enjoy it now! I know I will be enjoying it for breakfast!! :)
