FINALLY!! After almost having a nervous breakdown about my POA arriving on time, the paper work is signed, I have acquired carpel tunnel, and MY KEYS!! Yes! I am a home owner now! I'm sooooo freaking happy and
RELIVED! Now all I have to do is move in (and some utility set up), get this house cleaned for inspection, and wait for the hubby to come home! He is probably just as excited, if not, more excited than I am!!! So. . . .

That's all I got for now! My battery died before I could get to the shop. . .yes, we have a detached shop! Oh, and did I mention we also had a pond right next door, stocked and ready for fishing? I will never see my husband when he comes home. . .but it's okay! I am happy if he is happy, and this momma is certainly happy!! I'm so in-love with this house!! <3 :)
