The Bad Mom

30 July 2013

Apparently, there are a few people who have medical degrees. . .I had no idea. You express how you feel about certain issues, without being disrespectful, or pushy, and suddenly, you become the worst mom on the PLANET! Apparently, WE ALL ARE BAD MOMS!

Like a job of a mom isn't hard enough. . .

You can take your Wikipedia degrees, and shove it up your ass.

I'm Pro-Vaccination. If you are not, that's cool. I'm sure you have your reasons, and I totally get that. As moms, we want to do what is best for our kids. For me, this is what is best for my kids. I've talked to my doctors. I have weighed the pros and con's and decided from there.

I'm Against Processed Foods- This is based on my personal opinions on food. Do I think your a bad mom for feeding your kids boxed mac and cheese? Hell no! You are feeding your kid! You are doing what you can for your kids survival! You are a busy Mom, or you don't know how to cook, or you cant afford a healthier alternative. I get it! You are a mom and doing everything you can for your babies! But hey! If you want some cooking tips you know who to call!

I'm Pro-circumcision- I got a doctors opinion on it. Pros outweighed the cons, once again. If you decide not to, that's cool. You are doing what you think is best.

I SUPPORT MOMS! I support moms doing everything they can for their children, doing what they believe is best for them. We aren't perfect. There is no such thing as a "Mother of the Year" award. Stop trying to "Out-Mom" other moms. Be a mother to your child.

I don't support opinions of mom who BELIEVE ARE 100% RIGHT, and JUDGE OTHER MOMS based on what other moms believe. You beat other moms down to make you feel special or superior to others? Get real. Sounds like bullying to me. Seriously, retract the claws ladies. You don't have to like my choices, but I ask that as a mother, you respect them. If you can't, don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out!

Let's teach our kids to not be so judgmental.

  1. Agreed. And I DO agree with all of your choices.
I feel a little scared for children who are not immunized, but it's their parents business, not mine. I have my OWN problems. Fo Sho.
    Well put!

    1. Thank you, Joy! Even if you didn't agree with my choices, I would still respect your beliefs. You are a mother. Mothers need to build mothers up and not tear them down. :)

  3. I totally agree. Everyone does what is best for their child the way they know how. As an army medic I'm pro-vaccinations as well but I would never tell a mother that she should vaccinate her child. That decision is hers to make. Some people just need to learn to learn to be diplomatic.
