Combine flour, beer, salt, pepper, and seasonings together to create a batter. Set some flour aside in a separate dish, and dredge the onion rings in the flour. |
After dredging in flour, shake off excess flour, and add onions to the batter mix. Coat them evenly and shake off excess batter and drop into 375 degree oil. Cook until golden brown. |
